Hotel for Dogs

Boarded my dogs here for 9 days last year and I already know where they will be staying for my next vacation in a few months. The staff at Hotel for Dogs took such excellent care of my dogs and were very accommodating to my vacation even though it fell on a holiday weekend. I was able to relaxed on my vacation knowing that my dogs were in good hands and well taken care of. Highly recommended.

Dropped off my little dog...... Fifteen minutes later received a phone call that they had LOST my dog. The hotel for dogs owner took her off leash ,after being told how anxious my dog would be when I left.







A customer entered the office and my yorkie ran. My dog had run into the woods behind the hotel and was found two hours later on Laurel Ave., Holmdel,by a very observant police officer. All traffic had stopped when drivers saw her approach the busy road. It is a miracle she was returned to us safely. The Hotel for Dogs showed no remorse and was matter of fact, saying it all turned out ok!!!!they never even called to see if she how she was that evening. When I called the next morning to see what safety precautions they would take so this never happened again they had no answer and the owner was curt and took no Ownership.How can a boarding facility be so irresponsible?

I was happy until I saw my dog had been left outside in the high ninety degree weather without water and was visibly uncomfortable. Instead of admitting their mistake I was given excuses and a bit of an attitude. I have found a much better place to leave my dog.

I left my dog here for a stay while my house was under construction. I was able to visit my dog without an appointment and watched my otherwise nervous dog transform into a dog who played with other dogs without abandon. Thanks to the staff of Hotel for Dogs.
