Great staff. I like the convenience of being able to communicate via text as well for appointments.

We took our puppy for his first shot at their shot clinic. Then we had an appointment for his second shots and exam. We love this place. We saw Charlie as our vet she is wonderful. I can’t even express how affordable they are. He had an exam, distemper shot, got an antibiotic, steroid cream for an allergy he was have. They also gave us for free first flea and tick and heartworm. They also tested his stool. All that for like 178.00 I think it was. The facility is also so nice! I highly recommend !!

Our small dog Teddy had a very large tumor on his back leg near the paw that needed to be removed, and despite it being a very difficult surgery, Dr. Meg was able to successfully remove it. Because we couldn’t remove the dressing at home in time, we had post-op complications and his paw got all swollen, purple and infected and started oozing from everywhere! Unfortunately, this all happened on a Sunday, when no dr was working, but one of the technicians, Kayla, was very helpful and managed to contact the doctor for help. Both of them took very good care Teddy, with Dr. Meg stopping in on her day off to check on him and making the decision to keep him overnight to tend to his paw. After being hospitalized for 4 days (the infection was very very bad and at first we were worried he would lose his paw), we were able to bring him home on Thursday. While he was there, we were updated every day, twice a day, on his condition, and they even sent me pictures of his paw to show us his progress. It’s been 2 weeks since the surgery now, and after having the stitches removed on Tuesday, he is doing much better! The incision site is almost healed, and he is almost back to his normal self, trying to run around and play with his sister. I know a lot of people were involved in Teddy’s care, but we are so grateful to Dr. Meg and Kayla for being so caring and attentive and making our baby all better!

We Love our Crystal see takes such good care of our Boys Dusty and Cooper when they visit for Grooming. Very Happy Always.

We have had only the best experiences with our 5 dogs. The medical services are top shelf but we also use the Groomers. ALL the people who work here are nothing but professional, helpful, and kind. Our little family is always given the red carpet treatment they have become accustomed to at home!

The associates are always Knowledgeable as well as having all the answers with all my questions and concerns my family and I might have about our pups. Well recommend to all!

My husband and I had a trip scheduled and found out 6 days prior our dogs had no place to stay. We called The Pet Resort and everyone was helpful and accommodating. Our dogs were happy and well taken care of while we were away.

Its the best vet around, they are great with my 4 yorkies and all the workers are great and the doctors are the best . Its just a great place to bring your pets if you love your pets then you will take them to the best .🐕

We really enjoy going for a fitness swimming once a week Salty enjoying being around Eric and the crew. The only thing I'm trying to figure out is Salty's hair turns a blue tint when swimming. Don't understand that one. Help me out if you can!

I am a long time client and I am really considering a new vet. Appointments are necessary but you won’t get taken back to a room for at least 45-60 minutes. My last visit I was waiting for blood results for A very long time. My doctor got called out of the room for an emergency and I was left in the room for over 45 minutes with no one checking in on us.... 12 doctors in the practice and no one could give me the test results. Well when I went out to the lobby, everyone in the exam rooms were gone And the place was quiet. I either was forgotten or had the unfortunate fate that only 1 of 12 doctors could give me the results. Amazing that the doctor and tech walked into the room at the same time I came back from the lobby. This practice is just too big. They can’t honor appointments and I don’t sense teamwork.

I've received great medical care and boarding for my pets at Middletown Veterinary Hospital for years. It's the friendliest establishment I do business with.

Teddy our beautiful Brenease Mountain Dog, enjoyed his boarding experience, as well as aqua therapy. He became very ill (not associated w boarding) he had surgery to remove a sock! I was worried sick!
The entire staff treated Teddy with love, & compassion. They called with updates and treated our family as family. You don't just pick a pediatrician for your child being close to your house, you pick one that is great. I could find a VET 5 mins outside our door- We travel 35 mins one way, so that Teddy is treated with knowable, caring & professional staff. I wouldn't go any other place!

Switched from prior vet after seeing a friend's interaction with and kindnesses of the vets and staff. Have only gone for the vaccinaton clinic so far and the vet tech was wonderful and kind. Prices were VERY reasonable. Love the convenience of 24/7 access if needed. I travel 45 minutes from MD to get there and it is so very worth it.

My cats have been clients of this practice for over 20 years. Recently, my two-year-old was hospitalized severely ill, I worked in an animal shelter and know a dying cat when I see one; I didn’t expect to bring my boy home but after a hospital stay, he is back to his sweet, ornery self. The vet assistants and techs seem compassionate and caring, even with my less than friendly patients. Over the years, Dr. Beste has come to our house to humanely euthanize our seniors when it was time, this made those difficult times more bearable. I always feel a little better when Dr. Beste personally treats my animals but have faith he will train his younger staff to follow in his shoes. It is very comforting to have 24/7 care available, if needed. As trite as it sounds, Dr. Beste really is the best!

Update - another of my cats became ill, presenting the same symptoms as the one mentioned above, they were unable to diagnose what is wrong but treated the symptoms. The last few times I've had an ill animal, I haven't been able to get a regular appointment in less than a week and have had to take them in as an emergency patient at a much higher cost. I don't know if the practice is understaffed but I find this very disheartening and poor client service.

Pete located a raccoon under our deck. Deuce and him had a really great time playing tug of war with it. Thank you Middletown Vet for the rabies booster shots and for being open 24 hours a day. It is a relief to pet owners, in time of need, to know that you are there for our pets.

My dog was hit by a car on a Sunday morning and I was so frantic to get her to the vet and get her help that I totally forgot it was a Sunday. Thank god they turned my vet into an animal hospital. Dr Beste took good care of her and she's bouncing back. It's a wonderful caring staff in a beautiful set up! I can't recommend them enough. Thank you Dr. Beste glad you got home in time to still catch some football;)

We took our dog to get checked for a few things. We waited 1 and half hours and still didnt see a vet. They had an emergency
But should have told us sooner.
We ended up leaving because he still wasnt available so we left.
We got meds for my dog but before we waited so long they should have told us he wasn't available.
