Janice Wexler offers multiple options for handling your divorce including traditional litigation, mediation, and unbundled legal services. However, her preferred process is a collaborative divorce.
Child Support
Ideally, once the settlement has been reached, both parties adhere to the terms of the court order. In reality, it does not always happen that way. We are strong advocates for parents who need help to enforce placement schedules, payment of child support, and other matters that may arise.

Janice formerly served on the District 9 Committee of the Office of Lawyer Regulation of the Supreme Court of Wisconsin and is a member of the Family Law Section of the State Bar of Wisconsin. She previously served as Director-at-Large for the Dane County Bar Association, on the Board of Directors of the Dane County Bar Association and the American Bar Association’s Committees on Child Custody and Cohabitation/Step-Families.
