I am an American living abroad and two years ago my Father died and naturally I retained a lawyer to represent me in the court proceedings and litigation that followed.



In the intial meetings with legal counsel Peter Langrock, I found his firm professional and willing to work for me. I had read articles about Peter Langrock's law firm and found everything I read very positive and that Peter Langrock is well educated and an expert in the law arena. Through out the entire litigation I experienced something opposite of what I had initially learned. First, Peter Langrock began representing me and then shifted the representation to a newly hired lawyer in his law firm and did not inform me of the changes. Second, Peter Langrock and his associates could not correctly spell my name or my brother's name on documents. Third, Peter Langrock would not respond to any e-mails I wrote to him directly, and it was extremely difficult to reach him, so therefore I was continually communicating with his associates. And the last point I would like to share is that it has been one year since my Father's estate has settled and to date-- March 2008-- I have not received a letter from Peter Langrock's offices, a telephone call, not one item of communication stating that the services rendered have been paid in full, which was agreed in the settlement I signed over a year ago, as payment to Peter Langrock for his services.

I find the latter unprofessional at minimum, and thought it prudent to review this law firm so that other people are not deceived from the initial sales pitches Peter Langrock has perfected.
