Puppy Lovin

Everyone is so helpful I have a 6 month old St. Bernard and randy and his staff have been grooming him and my other 8 pets my St. Bernard started out at 20 lb now weights 80 pounds and they have never turned me down I love love these people if you want super quality service go here

I live 5 hours away from Middleburg & was called due to a critical family emergency. My two Shih-Tzu's originally scheduled hair cut in my area had to be cancelled. While driving here my AC QUIT WORKING! This with 2 Shih Tzu's could have been life threatening with the Florida heat! Once I arrived and visited with my father in organ failure I next attempted to groom my boys myself. HUGE MISTAKE! I had thought I HAVE RUINED THEM! They looked HORRIBLE & I litterally cried.! I got in my car & just drove and found Puppy Lovin. Let me just say THEY WERE WONDERFUL! I explained that I would not complain with their outcome. I was prepared.... NOT ONLY did they say BRING THEM RIGHT DOWN (they were not with me so sight unseen) they LOOKED BEAUTIFUL! I was shocked! I don't know how they did it, but THEY DID! My boys had always had beards 4 to 5 inches long as well as long ear hair. They looked stunning with their new Florida cut! HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I like the cut so much that I will ask my local groomer to repeat the look!

Having just moved to the area from the beach, we were excited to try this groomer out based on other reviews and the friendliness of the staff on the phone. When we arrived for our appointment,however, that professionalism went out the window.



The male staff member, who I can only assume is Randy the owner, was abrasive and argumentative, and when he asked me the breed of my dog and I told him Greater Swiss Mountain, I was informed that the breed doesn't exist; when I attempted to inform him about the breed he stated that I was wrong and that I didn't know what I was talking about. At that point, I expressed my disappointment with his professionalism and my dog and I left without service. I'm not going to sit in someone's business and have them argue with me in front of their staff in an effort to bolster himself.



What I find odd though is that the AKC and I are on the same page since this is a link for my dog breed that "doesn't exist" in case you read your reviews Randy: http://www.akc.org/dog-breeds/greater-swiss-mountain-dog/.



While the facility appears very nice and the female staff we met were very friendly, based on my encounter with the male who touted that he had 14 years of grooming experience, I would not recommend anyone to go to this facility. And while the drive is long, I will be returning to the Bath House in Jax Beach for all of my dog grooming needs and I suggest you do too.

Exceptional care and services, Randy is a true talent and has a wonderful gift in relating and understand pets, our 2 dogs always feel safe and leave looking perfect!

I must say......Puppy Lovin did such a great job on my pug!!!!!! They shaved her, clipped her nails, cleaned her ears, washed her and cleaned her crate....because she pooped in it :( All for a great price!!!! Best groomer in ever!! PS... They also did her bottom gland.....They deserve a medal!!!!!!

I heard some awesome news about this grooming shop. It's not only for grooming dogs and cats. Puppy Lovin also does nail clippings for farrets,lizards and bird nails and wing clippings too. They also do affordable short term boarding for your dogs, agility/obediance training. I LOVE this grooming shop! Very affordable,clean,best customer satifaction in town. NO COMPLAINTS! THEY ARE THE BEST IN GROOMING!!! They take awesome care of my dogs. THEY WILL ALWAYS BE MY GROOMING SHOP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I currrenly take all of my animals to Puppy Lovin 2 dogs and 3 cats. I have tried Petco an Dapper dog in Fleming Island an continued my search until I found one worthy of doing my animals. Randy doe's an amazing job an doesn't brake your purse. They treat them as thoug the were there's. And the animals love them, I am very very pickey about my animals .And there honest christian people

Very clean, helpful, knowledgable staff. Use grooming facility for my pets and am very satisfied. When I am ready to add to my "family" I will definitely shop at Puppy Lovin. All temporary "residents" are well cared for and "happy".

Loving and caring owners and employees. Animals are all in good health and their pet care department is top notch.
