Mimi's Nail Spa

The most horrible costumer service, only couple of people know how to do the nails right. The owner herself lies that she is an owner!

My daughter and I went in for the first time to try the place out. The lady (Valerie) that did full set of my nails did a good job. The guy that did my daughter's full set of nails, did a HORRIBLE job. All the people in the salon looked at them and they knew he did a horrible job. They didn't offer to redo them or give a credit or anything. However, one of the techs said to us as we were leaving for us to see her the next time we went in for our re-fill and she would make it right. So 3 weeks later we went in and requested her. She did a FABULOUS job on our nails, but for a refill we were charged $98 bucks. I don't know how the price got jacked up so high, but I didn't even pay that much for a full set for the both of us the first time we went in. Great job, Jacked up prices. Won't be going back.

Only nail salon that can do the nails the right way. Only complaint is two of their massages chairs where not working. That was disappointing but over all service was excellent with me and my kids.

Omg! Worst service ever! My daughter and i went in having an appointment two pedicures two manicures one eye brow wax i got my pedicure and she got hers done then she moved over to the manicure got her fingers done and went to go get then dried and im still sitting in the same seat were i got my toes done keep in mind that I had been done with my toes for about an hour the guy had gotten up and started cleaning and everyone was cleaning and i was waiting i got up payed for my daughters stuff and my toes and left outrageous

Been here about four times now but I have to say they offer discounts for seniors and when it came time to pay they jacked up the price so really you get no discount. I went back yesterday and had a $5 off coupon Mimi gave me over Christmas and they did the same thing. They said a full set was $5 more then the price list said in order for me to really get nothing off. I like the quality of work but not enough to feel cheated in the end. Time to switch nail shops.

I went to this salon today and was helped by Kat, she did an excellent job with my toes and nails and did THE CUTEST Christmas designs. She took her time with me and was very friendly. I will definitely be a regular customer from this day on. Thanks Kat. You ROCK.

The management team needs to learn customer service. I wouldn't bother wasting my money at this establishment again. One manager I specifically remember looking me up & down & giving me a stank look. No respect here. If this salon would like to make more money and return customers, then I would highly suggest you learn manners and a lesson on Customer Service.

Their prices are great and they have special polish that lasts longer, and they get you out quickly! I am now a regular customer!

At the beginning of the service to "rough" my nails for pink and white gel nails the nail tech nicked my cuticles three times. Starting on the fourth nail within a minute, I said "Ouch!" every time and had to pull my hand away because of the pain. She then said "I'm sorry but I am not going to be able to do your nails." What a relief, I understand the nails have to be roughed before application, but she could of slowed down around the cuticle beds, instead of going high speed. I wish there was a nail salon that would take their time and made it a calming, pleasing experience, instead of hurrying to get your money and send you out the door.
