Owner operator type business.. owner is extremely knowledgeable in what he was doing..refrigerator went out over the weekend, and we lost all of out food when we found it...the owner gave some great tips to attempt to fix it over the phone to try to save us some money in the process. And gave us tips on how to keep our fridge working proficiently, like who knew the coils in the back had to be cleaned/cleared..
