I am delighted to have an opportunity to express my gratitude and appreciation to Doctor Hands and his staff for diligently caring and being so patient and knowledgeable with my 83 year old Aunt. They are not only the most professional but went above and beyond to help and assist me. After the exam with Doctor Hands, I had the most pleasant two girls Tracy and Jessica help me with cost and what frames were available to my Aunt. While choosing which frames she wanted, I had the manager Irene approach us because after my Aunt was telling them about our situation , she decided to assist my Aunt with the cost of not only her frames but the exam as well .
