Very satisfied with the excellent service. I've used this florist for a while, and every time I am amazed of the creativity of the owner. I always order from them for every occasion. No issues or problems whatsoever.

Not a good experience. Flowers were delivered to WRONG ADDRESS a block away. I thought if I used a florist a mile from the delivery location, they would be able to find it easily. Three days later I found out they had not been received when the wrong recipient walked them to my brother's house and said they had been left on her front porch. I asked the florist to deliver a fresh arrangement, and they wouldn't. Told them I wouldn't be doing business with them again, and I haven't.

Horrible customer service. They took my order and told me that it would be delivered in the morning on Valentina's day. I called throughout the day and asked why it wasn't delivered yet and they kept telling me it was already in route. Finally at 3:30pm I called to let them know that it hadn't been delivered yet and that the recipient was leaving at 4pm. They told me that the arrangement hadn't been made yet. Stay away from these people. They have no loyalty to customers. They take your money but don't live up to there end.
