I thought my starter was shot, they said it was just the battery. They replaced it, charged twice the amount it should have costed and there was a mandatory gratuity of all of the prescription meds in my glove box.

Took my sisters car to be diagnosed. she made several phone calls to them to check the work progress. finally getting through to them, they told her they tuned it, giving it new plugs & wires. I called them after hearing they were going to charge her for this. I told them they cannot expect to receive payment for services rendered without customer consent. & that they would receive no payment. when we picked up the car, the hood was almost impossible to open via lever. also later found out the oil dipstick broke off & was lodged down in the tube. leading me to believe it had been deliberately tampered with. TERRIBLE OPERATION!!! Do NOT do business with these people, it could be you next. :-(
