I met Ms. Blanford about two years ago and since then she has been my realtor.
She had helped me in the purchase of two houses and three condos. As a new investor in this country I had a lot of questions and concerns and she took the time to answer all the questions and concerns I had. In my opinion she is a very diligent and professional individual.
I disagree with the comment this other person made about Ms. Blanford. Meeting and having Ms. Blanford as my realtor has been a blessing.
I don't believe is a realtor's responsability to investigate a client.
