I live at one of the properties in Sanford FL (Arbor Lakes) in which I started having AC issues and it caused my power bill to go up $100. I was told to present documentation that compared previous bills so show proof in which I DID. I was told that maybe the outside temp has gone up from last yr and caused me to use lower temps. NOT TRUE as the average temp dropped 2 degrees. When shown the proof, it was to be submitted to a Joan Copeland out of this office. I called this office and was treated rudely. I was told that Joan did not have a phone at this office and to leave my contact info. I was asked why I was even calling this office in the first place. The rep must've thought he covered the phone because I could hear him say "This person is calling and doesn't even know where they're calling". I hung up and called back and spoke with another rude rep who proceeded to talk to me as if I was an inconvenience only to be called back by the previous rep asking for my name. When I asked him his, he said and I quote"you called me, you should know who I am". I told him that I wanted Joan to call me back and he told me "If you hang up again, I'm not giving anyone your contact info" This is all because I have an AC Unit that has been malfunctioning for 4 months totaling at least an extra $400 that I have paid with no compensation or sympathy. When I expressed my concerns for lack thereof, I was told that "maybe this isn't the place for you". If you are considering a place a Arbor Lakes or ANY of the TM Real Estate properties, please seriously reconsider. The property is nice, but parking is horrible and the customer service is the worst!!!!!!!
