Worst experience buying a car. My salesperson Roberto told me everything I wanted to hear in order to get me to buy the car and then left me hanging completely afterwards. I traded in a car with a $500 radio and assurances that I would have that radio returned to me. My car was sent to auction with that radio and nothing was done to get it back to me. Got brushed off around every corner. General Manager offered me a free oil change for the trouble. Thanks but that's nowhere near $500. Buy your car from a better dealership who will hold up their end of the bargain.

I would like everyone to know, I am reporting Aventura Honda to every government body and reporting agency for misleading me on my loan. I am struggling as a direct result of their loan officer Tito's actions. Tito is the big guy in the back.



He let me know I would be paying one amount, and then next thing you know, I came back two weeks later to talk about my payment amount and he basically told me tough luck. The guy who sold me the car was also terrible. He was all friendly buying the car, but when I came back to complain about the higher payment that I was promised, he just told me I should bring it up with the proper people. So I reported them to the government body responsible for monitoring manipulative car salesman and I hope no one else falls victim to what they put me through. Aventure Honda scam, Aventura Honda bad service, Aventure Honda fraud, whatever you would like to call it, I am disgusted with their actions and I hope nobody else falls victim to them.



Avoid dealing with this horrendous company, especially Tito in the back - he will only mislead and scam you out of your money for a quick commission. He certainly will not help you.

This review is for collision center. Free estimate turned out to be $125 administration fee and $50 a day storage fee when I did not accept their friends lowball offer to buy my totaled car. These fees are not disclosed up front, there is a tiny handmade sign on a piece of paper inside the office. You've been warned!

I purchased a pre-owned Certified Honda Accord. The car is a 2007, and looks spanking brand new both inside and out. The sales person, named Conrad, was awesome! The finance staff helped me make the right choice, and the experience was painless! Im so glad I didn't waste time, and my first stop to "shop" turned out to be where I bought. I highly recommend Potamkin HOnda!
