Office of Neighborhood Compliance, formerly known as Team Metro, is administered by Miami-Dade County, Fla. It offers passport assistance and issues baby stroller parking permits. The office also issues permits that allow riders to bring bicycles onboard the MetroRail. Its community councils assist citizens in various issues related to zoning and land use. Office of Neighborhood Compliance s Partnership, Responsibility, Involvement, Duty and Enforcement (P.R.I.D.E.) Program focuses on the care and beautification of neighborhoods. Additionally, the office s Citizens Academy offers a six-week program that is designed to provide residents with the information, resources and tools needed to become knowledgeable community members and effective neighborhood leaders.
