On January 7,2016 I ordered from Nacatamalnica 10 nacatalmales (a Central American tamale from Nicaragua). I spoke to the owner and was promised a product with ten ingredients in each and just like they are prepared in Nicaragua. I was very excited and placed my order over the phone with her. I was charged within minutes after my order the full amount of my order. I finally received my order on January 13, 2016 i opened the package and put one to boil to eat. I was inspecting it to find it only had four out of ten items promised on her website. I was very disappointed and upset in believing the site and the owner. I called her the next day and she just stated she made them herself. That the ingredients were all there except the tomato, and the masa was prepared by her even though it was lacking in taste. I told here they were the worst tamale i have ever tasted. I regret ever ordering from her and was a pure waste of money. I was hoping for her to offer a solution or refund for the tamale but she just kept defending these horrible batch of nacatamales. I could not win, i told her I just ate it how can i not know what was in that food item. She kept defending her inferior tasting product I knew i was stuck with the charge and learned my lesson never to order food online. She was false advertising her product and I am writing to warn others to say away and beware of this business.
