Montecarlo Cond

All those people who are looking for a sweet and confortable home turn around. I have been living here for 6 months and have already been having water leaks, mold ect. The security guards are in a compacted room with no bathroom. Whenever they have to go to the restroom they have to walk all the way there in the building.while other eople have to wait for them to come back. One time i was coming home from work and an ambulance was in front of me. When nobody was there. One of the guards was in the restroom when someone could of been having a seizure. so the way i see it this place is over dramatic.
