Lehman Subaru

I contacted Lehman Subaru regarding a Subaru Legacy for sale on August 12, 2015. For the four weeks following, I received the worst customer service imaginable. I was told by Takeia, a sales rep, that the car would be marked as sold while we ironed out the details. Manny in financing then ran my credit and I was pre-approved for financing. Manny lied to me regarding the details of the service agreement he was trying to sell me, which I eventually decided against. He then told me I had to add the car to my insurance, which I did. I was then sent a contract that listed incorrect information affecting the overall price, and sent it back to Manny for correction. Manny then sent the updated contract, which I signed and returned on August 28, 2015. On September 3, 2015, Takeia told me that car had been sold to a local buyer. All attempts to remedy this situation were met with indifference, condescension, and general unprofessional behavior, including calls to sales manager Alain Ruiz and Odell Gervais. I lost the money incurred for insuring the car, and have received no compensation assistance whatsoever. STAY AWAY FROM THIS INCOMPETENT DEALERSHIP!

Went for warranty work (transmission) on my Hyundai and dishonest mechanic there conducted a "free" multipoint inspection and claimed I needed induction cleaning and a new cabin filter. What a joke--the cabin filter had been replaced with a new one the DAY BEFORE I want to Lehman and my car was idling fine and my induction system and car passed Goodyear's complete car inspection 4 days before, with the exception of the cabin filter (which my son replaced thereafter and the DAY BEFORE we went to Lehman). Will never go there again--I'm going to Rick Case Hyundai..

and availability of new models.. Poor impression
