Super Bad Customer Service, The owner is rude, and instead of having a great experience with my daughter' prom we had a really bad time and experience. We bought a dress that was missing some pieces, after 3 days we decided to exchange it, she agreed, she look at the dress for 20 minutes, she kept it and when I went back for the new dress she didn't want to give it to me, even though I already paid for it, because she said we ruined it, when my daughter didn't even use not once.

The owner was rude and vulgar. I put a deposit for a dress and when Rey realized the dress didn't even come in my size the owner refused to refund my money!! Find somewhere else to shop, there is not even an inkling of customer service in this "boutique"
