Interamerican Service Corp

I had a 9am appointment with them. At 9:30am I hadn't seen or heard from anyone at this company so I tried calling. No one answered so I left a voice message & sent an email. At 10:15 am I sent another email canceling the job since they were already 95 minutes late and hadn't contacted me. At that time I did receive a reply saying "sorry running late because delayed on job prior to mine." I'm sorry but that is horrible customer service!! How much time & effort does it take to make a phone call to let a customer know you are running late. I got another company to do my survey.
