        Overall

        This store has an even better selection than most Macy's. I've been shopping here for years and find that they have even better basics than nordstroms.

        Customer Service is Poor

        How annoying is it to walk into any Macys Store, particularly the Dadeland Mall in Miami....and have 3-5 women get in your face with fragrance promotions? I am allergic to most and furthermore, it's RUDE.

        Trying to find a sales person in any Dept is nearly impossible. I actually have to walk...from one dept to another and ask for help. Go to Nordstrom....phenomenal customer service.
