        I was charged 41 dollars for a 17-dollar haircut.
        Janet was the one who took me.
        She tipped herself 24 dollars as cash-back.
        I've gotten the district manager involved, as well as my bank.
        I already gotten my money back.
        I've also posted this review on all the review sites.
