I had used him previously and would have recommended him until I called him about my stove. He came out and told me that the control panel had to be replaced and charged me a service call. I told him I wanted to order the part and repair it as it is an expensive range. He came out and after about an hour he told me he did not have the right equipment to take out the board. He also said the screws were stripped. He has not come back or returned my calls.

In a timely manner we special order an uncommon tool to work on her stove but when calling her daughters number twice she never picked up the phone, and when Mrs. Montelle called us ( after hour ) we quickly responded by text method and called her withing an hour but she never returned our call! We are not a small company and if you don't pick up the phone we don't have time to show up to customers house unannounced! and we don't have a problem in returning a $35 dollar service fee either!!
