Everything they sell here is way over priced. I love to go thrift shopping but this place is a joke.they are trying to sell used things for the SamE price as they were new. Do not believe the good reviews below.

And the best thing ever, I got my stuff the same day, sorry I would say just hours later.

It was so cool. At first, I was skeptical cause u will see used stuff all over and just few samples of new items. But wait I am a smart shopper, and after checking dif places, I realized that Gmar was selling their new items from the same catalog that the 2 other places I visited but wait--- LIKE $250 CHEAPER--- for the sectional I was looking.. Thanks God I didn't use the financing, I paid cash and I got the stuff like 2 hours later and got some extra discount.

Woww.. I was so happy I saved money and with those (almost $300 that I saved), I'm planning to take my kids to the Seaquarium, movies and even to eat out.

Well.. i am just happy that I am a smart shopper and I was able to save. Just wanted to share that.

i been reading some of these not so nice review from ppl that are willing to go to a different place and spend a fortune because the store looked bit disorganized...thats there loss...i just got some sectional w ottoman new299 got some used bedframe n mattress super cheap compare to competitors..and i bought some little things i needed for my new appartment n still under budget so i have money left over for maybe a futon or sofa/bed for guests....i been coming here for some time now n the store looks much differemt it did a month ago...more organized..looks bigger and has more selection...you just have to use you own judgement and decide what your priorities are saving money or having ppl kiss ur @#%.....btw...they have used furniture coming in daily so u just might find a steal for bit of ur time......its definitely worth checking out...n if you realy busy u can always call or visit there website first

Today 08/22/2013 I have been to the Gmart...I like a lot the warehouse..I founded everything what I was looking for and for very cheap price.

By the way I read some of the ugly comments about the Gmart and I can said this: Everyone can have a bad day. So don't judge for someone experience go, look and judge by yourself...

Hi! I have visited Gmar and I never had such of wonderful experience! I found all the items that I needed for my house and the staff was fantastic. Very helpful and the attention was great. I super liked the place. It gives u options. I wanted not to spend too much money buying something used but at the end I was highly surprised that the new dinner sets were so inexpensive and I ended up buying NEW. The place nice and clean. For sure, I'm gonna come back.

If service is what you are looking for go somewhere else. This store is highly disorganized, dirty, dusty and severely lacking customer service. As my partner said of which I rarely do, "sometimes you have to judge a book by its cover" As advertised on craigslist for a furniture package deal for three rooms for from 1000-5000 depending on your taste, we decided that this was reasonable enough to consider. As I went in all I heard was loud offensive music, poorly lit, poorly planned spaces and no one to talk to. After stepping over furniture to maneuver my way around the tight spaces I finally found the manager eating in a back corner blissfully unaware of the traffic coming through the door. After asking about the promotion online (through his unappreciated uninterested demeanor) I was told by this man "I don't know what you are talking about...why don't you leave and check out some of my competitors"



After receiving this type of nonchalant response I should have left but being the type of person I am, I understand that maybe he was having a bad day. So I followed up with "do you have any fabric swatches of the beds and sofas you are advertising in this catalog". To my surprise he responded with "Who do you think we are?". I kindly asked for a business card and the copy of the item numbers I wrote down to purchase(cash in pocket) and gladly left.



In this crucial time of consumers wanting more than a point and shoot type sales atmosphere I feel its critical to at least do the bare minimum to get by. I wasn't asking for a glass of champagne upon entering the store, nor was I asking for labor production efficiency of the units, I only want to know if the headboard fabric would match the mushroom colored sofa that he advertised as a part of the package deal.



Don't waste your time and money with business men like this!!! you are much better off paying a little more for the same thing but receiving outstanding guest service and a sense of well spent time.

I looooove this place. You can super save here.



The other day, I purchased a dining set for just $79, it was used but looked really nice but... think about it $79 bucks, where do you find that??... nowhere!!!and in good shape, and i got it home the same day,, like an hour after I bought it.



People were nice in the store,, they were showing me options, even thought there were busy,,they also had cheap NEW dinner SETS for like $150 i just preferred used at that moment cause i really went to buy baby items .



Store is a little disorganized but come on, what can you expect,, they have a lot but, i mean, a lot in JUST one warehouse. but.. IT'S ALSO GOOD, cause, for example me, i went for a crib, and I came out with the crib, swing, dining set and a chest for my spare room. Without saying that one of the guys there was always like playing with my kid.. really nice people.



I super seriously recommend this place to anybody that wants to SAVE MONEY and find plenty stuff in one big place.

WARNING:

I am going to give my upmost honest response on my review because I feel that everyone should know before going to this unorganized warehouse.

I am usually easy to deal with, but I have had the worst experience with this company.



WORST COMPANY, AND WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVE BEEN THROUGH. I AM NOT HARD TO PLEASE, BUT THIS ORGANIZATION ISSUES NEED TO BE ADDRESSED.



This is the most unprofessional company I have ever been associated with. I bought bed room furniture with them around 1 yr ago. When I did so, I payed for it to be delivered, and not only did they forget to send part of the set, but when they resent the missing part, another small minor piece was missing, which I didn't bother calling back about.



Another incident. When I went back a year after to purchase the matching night stand. I requested for the identical night stand. One of the owners remembered me, and pointed out in the catalog the night stand, and it looked the same, but when I received it the size was completely different size.



They told me they couldn't do anything about it, all I could do was purchase another night stand for the same price ($120). The owner who I did not purchase the night stand hung up on me, didn't want to speak to me about the situation, and told me to call back to speak to the person I bought it from. THEN when I called back a week after, as he told me so, I talked to the person I purchased the night stand with, and the owner took the phone, and finally tried talking to me about it. When he told me at first he didn NOT want to handle it. The owner is careless.



They finally called me back saying the found the one that I REQUESTED IN THE FIRST PLACE and they said to purchase it for $80. When I already bought one thats in the newer version for $120, that they said I cannot return!



This company is all about money, they do not care about customer service, or customer satisfaction. Their furniture isn't all together, and they are rude.
