Santamarin was assigned about 8 years ago to put together a will and have a formal copy to probate. Before passing, for many years the person exclaimed " please go see santamarin once I pass to inherit". Honestly it seems like this lawyer was bought off easily and claimed that over 10 years hasn't dealt with any written wills, nor has no copy or record of doing this. Considered a close lawyer turned his back. He use to be located on 8th and 79th. I know because for years we were directed to him if the person passed. It sad that my husband is suffering and hurting to have lost where he grew up. something that would have been passed down for generations. never trust a lawyer or a brother. I will never forget appearing at his office and the moment my partner mentioned the name he went straight to saying I don't deal with legigation please leave without even having a normal conversation not walked us in to his office. I felt like he knew we were coming and was prepared to deny us.
