Four Quarters Apartments & Townhomes

The WORST place to live in! The managers are ***holes, they never fix anything thats wrong, instead they hide behind the company that owns this neighborhood and refuse to do their jobs.
A couple years ago I had 3 inches of water flooding my apartment, and instead of fixing the problem, they brought in this giant fan to blow dry the carpet. Because of their negligence, my apartment is now infested with mold. My family and I have a lot of lung problems now because of all the spores. The worst part is my NEXT DOOR NEIGHBOR had black mold ( a deadly type of mold) the neighborhood knows this and never checked my apartment, even though they knew i had water damage. Now theres mold growing in the walls and ceiling, and I have to pay for it.
All the appliances are broken and outdated, the AC breaks at least once a month. The tile of the downstairs bathroom ( the only tile found in the apartment since everything else is linoleum) is completely broken and uneven. I have complained about it to the managers multiple times and nothing has been done about it. Our feet get cut up stepping on the tiles, and they haven't done anything about it in the 5 years I have suffered here.
Just don't move in here, all they want is your money. They had a move in special when we first rented and now they have hiked up the price so much we can't afford to live here, yet we can't afford to move out! The apartment is literally killing my family and making them sick, not only is it poor management but it is illegal!!! I would give them negative stars if it were possible. STAY AWAY!

I am angry that I had to even give this place a one star. My lease is up in a month and I cannot wait! My carpet is so old that every time I vacuum it frays more and more. I told management that this carpet was not new when I moved in and they told me that I did beyond wear and tear and that I would be stuck paying to replace the whole thing. I have two dogs that I paid a non-refundable deposit of $250.00 each and they are saying that since I have dogs that I would have to replace the carpet regardless. I paid more than 200 dollars to have this carpet professionally cleaned and it looks better than when I received the apartment and they are claiming that I will have to pay a $300.00 fee to have the carpets cleaned even though I showed them the receipt for my service. My neighbor is a police officer and he is constantly chasing teenagers off the complex that jump the fence and smoke pot at the back of the complex. Two teenagers were urinating on the back lawn while I was walking my dogs and when I told management about it they said there was nothing they can do. I would never recommend this place to enemy let alone a friend. Please do not move here!

Do not move here! It is a huge waste of money! These apartments look nothing like the pictures they post online, and the staff is horrible. The management keeps getting replaced, and every new one is worse than the last! Teenagers who don't live here are always jumping the wall to hang out at night. They steal things from people's balconies and patios. There are filthy cats everywhere, and no one picks up after their dogs. I step in animal crap almost every day trying to get to my apartment after work - it is even on the sidewalks. Then they climb up to my balcony and meow all night long so I can't sleep. Every new management sends out letters about the cats and the crime, but no one does anything, and then a new manager comes in a few months later and sends out more letters while the place gets worse. It's expensive here too, and every year they raise the rent but I can't even get my apartment fixed. I have a tub that has been leaking on my downstairs ceiling for a year, and no one returns my calls! Save your money - rent someplace else!
