Office staff and Doctor are very friendly and professional. The office is warm and inviting. Dr. Espinoza takes her time with her patients and addresses every concern. This is the only place I trust for all of my eye needs!

Outstanding costumer service from the staff! Was my first time going to dr.Espinoza and it felt as if I've been going for a life time. She actually witnessed retinal diterriation in both my eyes, explained it and referred me to a specialist. The only thing I think that they should work on as a team is communication staff dilated my eyes when she wanted to do a follow up with me just to see how I felt about my new prescription on my contacts. educated, skilled, and mannered DR . Great Service nice people.

Went to Kendall eye center for the first time. Everyone was extremely polite and very helpful. Dr. Espinoza was amazing and attended to my needs and more. She is slowly helping me figure out a way to help better my eye allergies. I thought I she would have just referred me to a specialist but instead is prescribing me eye drops and is going above and beyond for me! Overall me and my family were extremely satisfied with her and will hopefully remain with her for a very long time. :)

went to dr. espinoza doral eye center on tuesday of last week. i only had to wait 10 minutes to be seen. the staff was nice and knowledgable. i will definitely go back. i read the previous reviews and it sounds as if the staff and dr have changed because i didn't experience any rudeness.

awful customer service, the women acted like she was crazy, with bad mood and making fun of the customers, very unprofessional and rude. And the prices are out of this world!!!

Horrible place, unprofessional, long waiting, they just do not care about the customer, not organized at all, doctor super rude! Lori Espinoza worst experience ever! Be aware they are scammers if they make a mistake they won't accept it under any circumstances and they will treat you as trash! long story short went there for contacts and I end up with nothing after they fully charge my insurance and I paid $158 out of my pocket, but yes it was my fault I didnt read reviews at all, now I know and you can be aware too! Check Kendall Eye Center, Doral Eye Center and her name Lori Espinoza @ ripoff, better business bureau, yelp, google, and all reviews sites do not fall for stupids. :(

Horrible customer service and unprofessional doctor.

worst place ever! it took me 1 month to finally finish the exam since every time I had to wait a minimum of two hours, the doctor was very rude, there is only one doctor and she assist the patients at a time, so imagine her running back and forward between rooms. on top of that when I got to get the final contact boxes the prescription was wrong and when I went to exchange them they started giving me a bunch of excuses to finally say that I need to get another appointment meaning more time and money! because they are idiots! when I said no the doctor started screaming and she told me that did not care if I report her to the insurance or make a charge back. just because I wasnt agree to do whatever she wanted. end of the story I have no contacts lenses, I have not more credit for vision with my insurance for the day, plus I also paid $160 out of my pocket that I actually paid for nothing!
