Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Really like the Enterprise at LAX. Nothing is easy at LAX, but once you get to Enterprise, things just seem to get better. I have also used other Enterprise rentals at Miami and noticed the same easy and courteous service.

From start to finish this was a great experience!!! Price and professional service it was a all wonderful!

I have rented the car yesterday morning and I was pleasantly surprised how fast the service was, as well as the flexibility in accommodating my requests.Super proffesional service and friendly employees. Brett and his team is doing a fantastic job!!!

Quick service. We had our car and was out of the airport withing 10 minutes of visiting Enterprise. After walking through the airport for a long time, the quick, smooth experience with Enterprise was a relief. We will be back!

Excellent company, friendly staff. Forgot my $200 prescription sun glasses in the car. The staff were able to recover them from the car and even mailed them to me in Colorado

We decided to rent a car a day before our return flight. We arrived at the airport via Uber. We didn't wait at the counter at all. We were able to walk right up the associate. He was very friendly and efficient. He gave great directions to level 1 where we needed to pick up the vehicle. When we arrived at level 1, there was a long line of people waiting for a vehicle. Honestly, we waited in line for about 5 minutes and an amazingly friendly associate brought us our vehicle. He suggested some places to visit and things to do. He was great. The return was equally easy. No hassle about anything. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a hassle-free, cost-effective, and friendly experience.

I recently rented a car from enterprise MIA airport and chose to drop it off at a different location. When I was billed they charged me over $125 for an extra day which was not the case. I contacted the branch I dropped off to and the airport and they are dragging their feet on refunding my money. It has been almost two weeks since I filed the over charge claim and I still don't know if I will be refunded. Also good luck getting through to the branch via phone. They won't answer or will hang up. Worst service and experience will never use enterprise again. I'd walk to key west and back before using them

The whole experience with Enterprise was amazing. I was in n out in 20 minutes. I was offered the choice to upgrade my vehicle with a manager's special. Camillo was actually the nicest and most helpful of all the staff. On the return, once I got to the Enterprise drop-off area, I was done in less than a minute.

Easy pick up snd drop off. Excellent customer service. Very good car selection. Our agent, Mr. White, was extremely helpful, especially given our late night arrival.

I was very happy with the customer service especially since i arrived earlier than the time stated in my reservation. Only problem was they billed me multiple times for a car seat when i only rented one. I trust Enterprise will make it right.

I do one way drops from MIA to Cape Coral and have been overcharged multiple times. They suck and are dishonest!! Hertz here I come.

Had rented with a corporate account for 8 years. Had very few problems. But most recently I rented 4 mini-vans which was the norm from the Miami Airport branch. At the counter my reservation was lost, all rules from the last 8 years had suddenly changed without warning, and now I needed extra credit cards and billing was all wrong. I was assured it would all be taken care of when we got back and it wasn't. Billing is all over the place, reservations were lost, employees were getting calls that they had vans that were days overdue.



A one time mess up is fine. It's the care I received afterwards that caused me to write a review and look for a new company. Everything was my fault. No blame was received from their end. They said I needed to set up different accounts and that it was my fault for not following their rules. Rules that I never knew existed and that certainly didn't apply for the past 8 years.



Had they simply said, "we messed up, we're sorry, we'll fix this," I would have no problems. But I won't continue to work for a company that blames me for their own lack of communication and failures.

The car was great was clean an sweet smelling.The only problem I had with the car I didn't know how to start it.The car was push button it's operations where not explain to me.

My experience with Enterprise was very good. In fact I mostly rent just from Enterprise. My only regret was not upgrading to a bigger car. The helpful agent even offered me half off discount. I regret renting a Hyundai full size car. It was too small for me. In fact the same agent who offered the upgrade checked me in. We had a good natured laugh about not renting a bigger car. I highly recommend Enterprise.
