Dr. Balmir-Thevenin is a great dentist. She is knowledgeable, understanding and very competent. She also accepts a number of dental plans that make treatment affordable for many people.

I highly recommend her.

its awesome thew staff is friendly. and im always having a good time when i go ( tho im scared of dentists ) they make the experience fun

this place SUCKS they take forever to call you in. then once you are inside you can wait another 30-60 minutes waiting to see the dentist. I asked for a friday appointment and they said that they already had their regular friday patients... seriously!!!???!!!I asked th office manager why they were taking so long and she replied: "Have you ever been to a Dr's office thats on time?" If you can go to another place PLEASE GO!!!

I made an appointment for my 2 children and 2 days before it was cancelled because the dents decided to go to a conference. The appointment was re-schedule for over a month later. They misplaced the insurance elegibility letter and the insurance company had to fax it to them over 4 times. The day to go in finally came. The appointments were at 3:30 and 4:00pm. I arrived at the office at 3:12 and after filling out the 4 pages they request for new patients for each of my children, the receptionist then informed me that who ever gave me the appointment made a mistake and put me down for 3:00 and 3:30pm. and that because I got there at 3:12 they could not see one of the children. That they were behind schedule. I explain that i had taken off from work and had waited for over 3 months to see a dentist and remind them that they had reschedule. The girl show no concern or regards for the situation and refuse to have the dentist see them. I told her that I would leave, if they could not see both then see neither and as I walk away I over heard one girl telling the other that it didn't matter cause my insurance didn't pay that much anyway. It is my belief that this is the real reason why they didn't see my children.
