Babies R Us

Customer service in this store is terrible. I called for an order I placed and the employee was extremely rude. I asked for the manager whose name is Mike and told him about the incident , he said he cannot give me his last name but the employee I spoke with is excellent in customer service .This is a joke, imagine the customer service skills of the rest of the employees... Besides that, one day I went to the store to place an order at the furniture section..they took at least half hour just to place the order (three employees where involved)-. In short; the employees are not trained well in several areas including customer service. I hope the "manager" takes the complaint seriously and work with the people he supervises to make sure they are delivering according to Babys r us' expectations "With knowledgeable and trained staff members always ready to help customers" (Baby r us website)
