they are very nice and helping people.they are always on time to pick you up.you ,no doubt, enjoy the trip from start to finish.they are always looking for ways to improve the quality of their services and make trips more satisfying.

I have been calling them for over a month because they cancelled my trip and tried to reschedule me(which i didn't want) and 8 asked for a refund which they still haven't given me.They don't answer their phones or reply to voicemails which is annoying and I WILL report them to anyone that I need to report them to in order to get my money back.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. MONEY, OR PATIENCE. Purchased a bus ticket and they were not there at the scheduled time listed on their website or "e-mail confirmation." Getting ahold of somebody was impossible. I called about 30 times and half the time they forwarded my call. They only care about stealing your money because they were quick to take the money out of my account. I regret not paying with a credit card, at least I could have stopped payment. They don't return voicemails or e-mails. I probably lost my money. I'm reporting them to the BBB (Better Business Bureau) and I suggest that everyone else who got ripped off by them does the same. I gave a 1 star rating because it would not let me put zero. RIP OFF, SCAM, NOT RECOMMENDED. You get what you pay for, if you're going to use the bus service I suggest RED COACH. They give a 10% discount to students which makes the ticket $72 when you call by phone. It's not worth the $25 of frustration, time wasted, and insecurity knowing if the bus is going to pick you up.

DO NOT TAKE THIS BUS SERVICE! The people there are very rude and disgusting especially when you have to contact them by phone, but they do not pick up the phone most the time anyways or they hang up on you. Their website does not e-mail you right away and it is not set up professionally, so you have no idea if they received your request for a bus ticket. Use GMG where they are more reliable and you can actually scroll down for your options, Also, one time, they did not give me a credit or refund when I had no idea they charged my card because I had no confirmation. When I called to ask why I was charged, the guy insulted me, called me liar, and made very nasty remarks about me when I was being respectful. Please don't give your money to support their services because there are other hard-working people who are not rude and need the money.
