The best flowers ever!!! Wow the flower arrangements looked incredible. They deliver to any where that I have requested. They're even opened on Sunday and they deliver too.

Another amazing arrangement. The flowers are always vibrant and high quality, and the arrangements are beautiful. Returning customer numerous times over, and he never fails to raise the bar and impress. This is without question my 'go to' florist for long lasting, beautiful arrangements that not only impress the recipient but anyone else that has an opportunity to see the floral creation.

Great flower shop. I order 2 arrangements for Mother's Day and their roses were very impressive. They opened up after the second day and hey were 4 to 5 inches wide. They lasted a good 7 days. Incredible roses. AAA+++++++++++++

SENT ROSES FOR VALENTINES DAY THEY WERE GREAT THE 1 ST DAY ,2 DAYS LATER THEY WILTED. WHEN I CALLED THEM ON THE 4 TH DAY B/C THAT WAS WHEN I RETURNED FROM NY. THEY DIDNT WANT TO HEAR ANYTHING . THEY SAID I SHOULD HAVE CALLED EARLIER. WHEN THE ROSES WERE DELIVERED , THEY DID NOT BRING THEM UP TO THE UNIT LIKE THEY SHOULD HAVE . INSTEAD THEY LEFT THEM AT THE FRONT DESK. THE FRONT DESK HAD TO BRING THEM UP. MY WIFE DID NOT WANT TO HURT MY FEELING BY CALLING ME & SAYING THE ROSES SUCK, THAT I JUST GOT RIPPED OFF FOR $ 110.00. THERE WAS NO CARD FOR MY WIFE TO CALL THEM EVEN IFSHE WANTED TO. THE GENTLEMAN SAYS TO ME IM JUST LOOKING TO GET MORE FLOWERS. HOW STUPID IS THAT VALENTINE DAY WAS OVER & ALREADY RUINED. I WILL FIGHT THIS W/ MY CREDIT CARD CO. THEY SHOULD HAVE AT LEAST CAME & LOOKED AT THE HORRIBLE ROSES THEY SENT INSTEAD OF GETTING ALL DEFENSIVE . I WILL PUT THIS ON EVERY WEBSITE EVERYDAY UNTIL THERE IS NO WHERE ELSE TO LIST THEM AS THE WORST FLORIST IN MIAMI.

THIS CUSTOMER CALLED US 4 DAYS LATER ON FRIDAY 2-18-11, AFTER THE DELIVERY WAS MADE, TO COMPLAIN THAT THE FLOWERS WERE WILTED. I ASKED THAT WHY NO ONE HAD CALL US BEFORE SINCE WE WOULD HAVE GLADLY REPLACED THE FLOWERS. HE CLAIMED THAT HE WAS IN NEW YORK AND THAT HE HAD JUST ARRIVED. I ASKED AGAIN, WHY DIDN'T YOUR WIFE CALL US, SHE RECEIVED THE FLOWERS AND OUR PHONE IS CLEARLY LISTED ON THE ENVELOPE WHERE THE MESSAGE TO THE RECIPIENT IS KEPT, FURTHERMORE A BUSINESS CARD IS ALWAYS INCLUDED INSIDE. HE DIDN'T HAVE AN ANSWER TO THAT SO HE STARTED CURSING. HE THEN ASKED THAT WHY WEREN'T THE FLOWERS TAKEN UPSTAIRS TO HIS WIFE'S UNIT. I EXPLAINED THAT THE CONDOMINIUM IN WHICH THE FLOWERS WERE SENT TO, REQUIRED US TO LEAVE THEM AT THE FRONT DESK. "OUR DRIVERS WOULD HAVE TAKEN THEM TO THE UNIT, IN ORDER TO GET A TIP $". BUT IT SEEMS AS IF HE DIDN'T KNOW THE RULES OF THE CONDO AND JUST KEPT ARGUING. I FELT THAT HE HAD OTHER ISSUES THAT WERE MAKING HIM OVERLY ANGRY. I MADE AN ATTEMPT TO GET THIS MATTER RESOLVED AND REPLACE THE FLOWERS BUT IT SEEMED AS IF HE STILL HAD A LOT OF RAGE AND ANGER INSIDE OF HIM AND HE WANTED US TO REFUND HIS MONEY AND REPLACE THE FLOWERS TOO. AT THAT POINT I FELT THAT HE WAS NOT ACTING IN GOOD FAITH AND THERE WAS NOTHING THAT COULD BE DONE ANYMORE. OUR POLICY HAS ALWAYS BEEN THROUGHOUT OUR 18 YEARS IN BUSINESS, THAT FLOWERS GET REPLACED IF THEY DON'T LAST THE APPROPRIATE TIME. IT IS ONLY THE RIGHT THING TO DO. ALSO, HE WASN'T RIPPED OFF, WE HAD COMPETATIVE PRICES WITH OUR COMPETITIORS. EVERYONE KNOWS THAT PRICES ARE A BIT HIGHER ON VAKENTINES DAY. I'M SURE HE CHECKED AROUND FOR PRICES BEFORE PLACING THE ORDER. WE HAD NO COMPLAINTS ON VALENTINES DAY FROM ANYONE OUT OF HUNDREDS OF ORDERS FILLED. WE ALWAYS MAKE SURE THAT THE FLOWERS BEING DELIVERED ARE VERY FRESH. IF YOU ORDER FROM US YOU WILL LOVE OUR RED ROSES. THEY ARE THE BEST!

The best florist that I have done business with. I called them very late to order a flower arrangement. They were very friendly and did the most beautiful arrangement I had ever seen. They are open late including weekends. I recommend them very much. +++++

I ordered flowers from them for a special ocassion. The arrangement was beautiful like I have never seen before. The flowers lasted more than I has expected. I fully recommend this florist. They are very nice and understanding to your needs.

I just had to take the time to alert you because the situation was just so horrible. I recieved a floral arrangement, which was nice, but the card, which is the most important part carrying the message was terrible! The printing, spelling, and grammar was comparable to an 8 year old! Maybe worse than that. The letter "N" was even made backwords. I took the time to notify the manager, and she was brutally rude. I was just trying to help and see if there was anything they could do. She was very defensive... a simple apology would have been nice.
We're glad to know that one more customer was very happy with our flower arrangements and quality. We beleive that this is the priority of our service. This customer was simply trying to receive a free flower arrangement for a mispelled card which was during our most busy season. We kindly read to her the message and apoligized for any inconveniences, As mentioned, "She was just trying and see if anything they could do" She only wanted more. She requested that another flower arranegemnt be sent to her and she became very upset when her request was denied. We strive continously for customer satisfaction throughout our 24 years in business.
