Worst costumer service EVER (or EXPENSIVE as hell!) !!!

Had my piercing done here, so, lets start:

The place was crowded, its a nice clean place, but had to wait for 45 min. After that, with all the buzz from the people, had to decide how my piercing would be. They offered me cleaning kits and a bunch of stuff. At this time my wife decided she would get pierced too. Another guy attend her and then "Suku" gave me the bill. I just paid.

Went in and got pierced. About the piercing: Neither mine or my wife's piercing is centered, but we still love them.

Return home, I asked my wife for the cleaning kit Nope, she didn't ask for it. Then why the hell did I paid over $400 for 2 piercings?!!?

No problem, Suku seemed like a nice guy, I was going to ask him if that's the price (which will turn it into the most expensive piercings EVER!), or if there was a mistake, so a wrote a mail. No answer. 2nd mail. No answer either. So I gave them a call. "his not here right now and I cant help you with that, he'll give you a call back". No phone call returned.



I think when you're getting a piercing or a tattoo you want a little commitment from the artist, follow up, but this just showed me they're nice till you pay!

I went here in order to fix an old tattoo I had, I must say the place is very clean and welcoming & the staff is very friendly and polite, first I went to the 1612 location in miami beach and was tattooed by Tony, I honestly didn't like how he fixed it but I contacted Eric and he was very professionally and scheduled me to visit another artist at the other location on 1413 on the beach aswell to have him try to fix what I didn't like. This location I can say the same about very clean environment very welcoming and very nice and friendly staff. I was helped by Mikhail (Mike) and he was very nice and definitely made the tattoo look better. He takes his time and he is good at what he does. Definitely would recommend this artist

ambiance was great, we were able to bring our son (12yr) with us to wait in waiting area,comfortably.I wanted to add some work to my first tattoo done here last summer. Artist was very nice, we tried a couple designs until we got one i liked. Then i was told a enormous price! Ridiculous!!! Way to high! (yes, I know is miami beach!) I was able to negotiate some discount (being repeated cust. and decreasing the size) Look very nice, but be aware is going to cost you!!!!

The first thing that caught my attention when I got a tattoo at Salvation Tattoo Lounge was, the customer service. Friendly and welcoming. The artist (Dan) sat with me and took his time to show me different designs and worked out a piece. The shop was clean and I felt comfortable. My experience getting tattooed was awesome. Dan is light handed and consistent. The execution of my tattoo is perfection. Tattoos are permanent which should be quality and Salvation Tattoo provided that. Further more the after care they provide is great too! I am a satisfied customer and will be returning. :)

I'm posting this review to let everyone in the area, or who ever is visiting: Salvation Tattoo Lounge is the hot spot for tattoos in South Beach. If your visiting, I wouldn't bother to even check out all the other slummy shops. After I checked out Salvation, it wasn't hard to decide where to get my tattoo work done. Skip the search, go to Salvation Tattoo Lounge. Their shops are soooo clean, and they have a customer service rep waiting to help you with what ever you need. I couldn't believe the rejection I got from an artist I spoke to at one of the other shops.... He acted like he was seriously annoyed when I was telling him my idea about my tattoo, I felt so uncomfortable. Salvation has a wonderful friendly staff that made the experience worth my time and money! If your looking for the right shop, this place is IT.... Hope you all have a wonderful tattoo experience at this place~

I never write reviews,but this business deserves a good review. First me and my wife went down to South Beach for Ultra and decided to get tatoo's.I thought we will never find a tattoo shop that would be up to my wife's standard's.So i started to prep her what tattoo shop's were like and not to expect too much were just getting a tattoo we don't have to buy the place.That being said we were walking back to our hotel after dinner on Lincoln road and my wife said what about this place"Salvation Tattoo Lounge" I said ok "lets check it out". It was a brand new store and was very very clean,I was happy and so was my wife so we decided to get them on the spot. The tattoo artists were very nice, profesional, and did great work were very happy with our tattoo's.I told my wife now if we want to get another tattoo we have to come back to salvation,but thats ok because we like Miami!

To walk into Salvation Tattoo and get treated so well from the moment you walk in was something incredible if you understand what its like anywhere else. The talent level that they have is outstanding. The biggest problem I had with Salvation was that I didn't know which artist to choose. They were all good. There was a girl in the front patiently discussing every detail of what I could and should do with my design and made me feel free to make any changes I wanted which was so nice. By the time it was all said and done I got an outstanding Tattoo for a fair price and was treated like a king the whole time.

Here's a true story about my Tattoo Shop searching experience before I found Salvation Tattoo. I walked into a shop and started looking around waiting for someone to say hello and I just waited.............and waited..............by the time someone said anything to me it was like I was intruding or disturbing their lives or something. I told the guy my idea and I was told it was not possible to get what I wanted and I had to change alot of things about my design. When the conversation was over I was nowhere near what I wanted and I was terrified to let the guy know because he had the biggest attitude! He wanted to charge me for a drawing and that's when I said thank you and i'd think about it. I went to other shops and got alot of the same garbage treatment. What is wrong with these places? Thank you Salvation Tattoo I will be back and I am done with these other shops. In my opinion, they just don't get it.

This shop was awesome!!!!!!! My girlfriends and I got small Tattoos done and they didn't make me feel like I was wasting their time or being annoying for not knowing what I wanted right away. So we got a great price we all hung out in their beautiful lounge and had a great time. Thanks Victor, Alex, and Joey you guys were all awesome!!! We'll be back and were bringing more friends. And P.S. tell Alex the cute one i'm especially coming back to see him!! :-)

I had wanted a sleeve done on my left arm. I walked into Salvation Tattoo Lounge on 16th and Washington Ave in South Beach Florida. Once I walked in I was amazed by the cleanliness of the shop. It was amazingly clean to every detail compared to all of the other shops I have visited in SoBe. The woman named Sarah was super nice and extremely helpful. They also have computer workstations to help find tattoo art for my sleeve. In addition the tattoo artist named Victor from Salvation Tattoo was super cool and helpful in my decision/sizing/coloring/shading of my sleeve. After all their help I was expecting to pay with my first born, but since I attend the University of Miami I got 30% OFF my work!!! And they have more coupons for other schools. So after a few weeks and several sessions my sleeve was done and more than I had expected. The Staff and Service at Salvation Tattoo was GREAT! They treated me like King James from the Heat !! My Girlfriend's birthday is coming up and I am going to surprise her with a tattoo from there.

im from Nebraska and i went to south beach for spring break.

i really wanted a tattoo,but was a little scared and i didnt like the way they acted in all of these tattoo shops. They werent freindly and they acted like i was bothering them when i explained that i wasent sure what i wanted and was a little nervous,they were like dont waste mine time!

so on my last day of the trip i happen to stop in salvation on 1413 and washington and it was like walking into a dream,the staff was the complete opposite of all the other place i had been to.they were so helpful and the artist was so cool.

i got an amazing tattoo back...........i plan on coming back to miami beach every year just to get another and another and another..............

there are many tattoo shops in south beach,but salvation is one of the best.

they have some of the best artist in the biz....the place is clean and the staff is very helpful.

If your ever in south beach i definetly recommend salvation on 1612 and washington

This shop is like nothing I've seen before. It was like walking into a completely different world of Tattooing and it takes you by surprise! The shop on 1612 Washington ave is one of the most beautiful shops I've ever seen, and not to mention super clean! Even though I got a small tattoo, the Artist I worked with (Victor) was so nice and enthusiastic about doing the piece. I got such an amazing price too so it was a double advantage! If anyone is looking for an all around great experience, this shop is #1 in my book!

I had this amazing design that I had drawn up myself and kept it for years until I finally got enough courage to go get the Tattoo done. I did a lot of online research and found that Salvation Tattoo Lounge had the best website out of all the shops in Miami! The shop pics and the tattoo work done by their artists that they had posted on the site is really what grabbed my attention, the work they pump out at this shop is serious, so if your looking for an affordable place with amazing work, you have to go here! I LOVE my new tattoo! I sent two of my friends to the shop already and they had a great experience as well. Great Vibe, Great work guys! So Impressed!

Walking around in the hot South Beach sun all day looking for a decent Tattoo Shop was no picnic. Shop after shop you get the same attitude artists with the big shot attitude and the "why are you bothering me" look on your face. Spare me your attitude please!!!!! Like I need to put up with your attitude to do a Tattoo for me?



So I walk into Salvation Tattoo and it was like WOW!!!! Somebody finally gets it. Treat customers good, be patient with them, don't rip them off, and you have happy customers writing great reviews about you. Thank you Salvation Tattoo you were all awesome and where do I begin? Simply the best artists, obviously the nicest shops, and last but not least excellent prices. I wish somebody would have told me sooner I would have saved hours walking in the sun all day. Thanks Alex Jr., Victor, and Eric (cracker) you guys rock.

Salvation Tattoo was simply impressive. First Class all the way from the moment you walk in until the moment you leave. I spoke with this cute girl in the front and she was so sweet and patient making sure I got exactly what I wanted. For a second I couldn't believe it cuz the service is usually not that good when you go to a Tattoo Shop, but these guys were impressive and I mean all of them down to the artists. It is nice to know that this Industry is finally growing up and Salvation Tattoo is leading the charge. Artwork was great, it took a bit long to get the stencil on because I couldn't decide where I wanted it, (sorry Victor) but those guys just kept smiling and took care of me very well the whole way through. The lounge was nicer then any Tattoo Shop I ever seen and thank god it was affordable so all in all it was impressive to say the least.



By the way Vanessa the Body Piercer was awesome and i'm coming back to do those Dermals you promised me I can't wait. Thank you All

There are a million tattoo shops in South Beach. The only one I had ever heard of was Miami Ink but honestly I didnt care about Miami Ink- My friends and I walked around the beach for awhile and saw the coolest looking tattoo shop called Salvation. It was a gorgeous place, beautiful FIERCE and really clean studio.

My artists name was Brandon and not only did he make my tattoo better than I could ever have imagined but he was so patient funny and most of all talented. The tattoo healed quicker than any of my friends who had gotten tattooed at the new Miami Ink- aka Love Hate. It was a little sore that night,but that was it- my friends scabbed up and hurt for over a week. The funny thing is we both got a jaguar w/ roses running on our ribs. The difference is mine cost half the price and now that we are both fully healed - the artwork is amazing hers not so much.

Salvation staff was really fun- and accomadating. I was nervous (especially since I split up from my friend) but by the time Brandon showed me my stencil I was eager to get started. He also gave me really great tips on aftercare - which my friend did not know about-

I highly recommend Salvation to evryone who wants a tattoo or peirceing b/c guess what? The next day me and my friend both came back to show Brandon the difference in our tattoo's- when you walk in this shop you immediately see the jewlery counter. Being girls we decuded to check out the jewelery and we met this guy Eric but everyone knows him by the name Kracker---- everyone even the guys eating at Sushi Samba we met later that night. We had on shirts that showed off , what else, our new belly button rings peirced by the infamous "Kracker"

Bottom line if you want an amazing tattoo see Brandon or peircing see Eric aka Kracker at Salvation tattoo parlor on Washington Ave. Those two really know what they are doing, and make the whole experience fun, memorable and worth what my friend and I now have nicknamed body beautification.
