        Overall

        I had such a bad experience trying to schedule a service call, that when I did, I ended up calling back and canceling. The gentleman who answered the phone, was condescending, unprofessional, and cold. Made me feel like I was bothering him. He scheduled my visit, without anything specific, said "yea, we'll send somebody out." After two hours, I called back to ask about the timeframe. He never asked my name or address, just said two more hours. No thank you.
