Tourist are ripped off in Miami beach by the electronics stores. Basically these stores are selling old models to the tourist as the last new models and many complains have already been published online and the police from Miami are aware and they do not react. In my case I knew the model of camera that I wanted but during the transaction they swapped the camera and I did not realise. So They gave me a cheaper model and I paid the most expensive model. After 1 hour I realised that I was ripped off by the store and the receipt mentioned that the products are not refund before I went to the store I contacted the police but they cannot do anything since this is legal in Miami. I went to the store to exchange the camera and they wanted to hit me with big sticks! And they warned me that they will kill me in Miami beach. This is unbelievable!!!! Is this the new America! Las tendías q venden electrónicas en Miami beach. Resumiendo estas tendías venden modelos antiguos e dañados como modernos por precios muy caros. Los consumidores son engañados y no poden cambiar las cosas porque la factura mención " no refund". La policía en Miami beach no hace nada! En mi situación compre una camera canon como fuese el ultimo modelo a Euro Cameras and electronics, inc. Yo sabia el modelo q quería pero ellos me cambiaran el modelo durante el pagamento y mucho rápidamente utilizaran míos trajetas de crédito e debito. Ao mirar los modelos en internet constate q fui engañado. Además muchos mas turistas escribirán sus sagas en internet. Cuando fui a tienda para cambiar la camera querían me bater. Esta historia es sureal! Los turistas son engañados en Miami beach y la policía no da protection

They made is pay $23 for an iPhone case which was broken. They refused to refund it. Also, the servise was terrible, very rude staff.

Estafadores de primera, cuidado. No comprar nada. The biggest scammers in miami. Totaly ripped off. Please don't buy anything

Absolute ripped off!! I bought a laptop which was supposed to be brand new however i was sold a refurbished laptop that has problems. I went back and the gentleman kindly exchange it for a tablet. However, I only realised after taking it home that the tablet cost $80 in other shops and i paid $300 for the same tablet. I will never purchased anything from this shop again.Very disappointing!

Repeat of many of the sentiments below. Taken advantage of by the sales person. The sales tactics are very strong armed. The prices marked are many, many, many times higher than available elsewhere. Take your money to another store or else give it to them and don't complain.

They are dishonest thieves who hide behind there "all sales are final" policy. I bought a camera based on the features described to be by one of their salesman "Amir". After I bought the camera and had a chance to read the manual, I realized that the camera was not "the latest model, just released at the electronics show in Vegas" etc. etc. The list of lies is too long to list. They sold me an old model based on the features of the latest model at the cost of the new model - I paid $300 for a camera I should have paid less than $150 for.



When I went back to the store they would not take the camera back on the basis that they have an "all sales are final" policy.
