        Our idea had never been to do the typical coffee window, we wanted to come up with something like the largest coffeehouse chain meets the best fast-casual restaurants, with food stations where you can find from pastelitos, sandwiches & cafe Cubano to Completa Bowls with Cuban classics such as ropa vieja, roasted pork, black beans, maduros & so many more.Our idea had never been to do the typical coffee window, we wanted to come up with something like the largest coffeehouse chain meets the best fast-casual restaurants, with food stations where you can find from pastelitos, sandwiches & cafe Cubano to Completa Bowls with Cuban classics such as ropa vieja, roasted pork, black beans, maduros & so many more.
