Grafs outdoor store on the front of their warehouse is a complete joke compared to the service from the warehouse staff. They are like two different divisions of a company. They deal with each other, but they are two different entities. The warehouse is great to buy product from. The people that run the store are arrogant, rude, and unlikable at best. They act like they don’t care if you buy anything or not. To ask them to get you a box of ammunition that is not sitting on the small shelf behind the counter is like the ultimate insult to them. They have to actually have to quit leaning on the counter and do some actual work. They can get anything in the warehouse. The warehouse has almost anything you would want. But to go back there is like the deep dark forest they don’t want to enter. If you want to buy a gun their selection is sporadic. I used to go in and look at what they had week to week and notice some guns sit for months if not years and others they have stock in then nothing for months. They are supposed to be a browning dealer but they usually have only 1 or 2 sitting there. If you ask to see a gun they have in stock but not on the shelf they make you buy the gun before seeing it. It’s a bad place. I have went in there numerous times and 9 out of 10 times I come out annoyed or mad. I am a very even keel guy, but these guys are just pricks. I recommend going to Powder horn or Bass Pro in Columbia. The guy at Powder Horn is moody and the guys at Bass Pro know little or nothing, but at least they are nice to you.
