Hands down the best place in the area for car repair and maintenance. I've worked on cars since I was a kid, and my first test for a shop is, as a woman, to bring it in tell them what I "think" is wrong and see what the come up with and try to sell me. Craig was great. I brought my car in, it was an emergency situation, and Craig made sure it was a priority. Here was no-nonsense and straight to the point about the correct issues and price (which were very reasonable). Also told me about other issues that would need to be addressed, and he was correct (I already saw them). Got my car back purring like a kitten. Great family owned business.

Great customer service. Craig is courteous and explains everything well. My son's car was done in a timely matter. They even provided a ride home from dropping the car off. The overall price was a lot even with several discounts applied. But, I feel confident that the workmanship is quality. I value quality expertise and good customer service and care above saving money. I'd recommend Aamco of Metuchen to any one who wants to be treated like his or her business is appreciated and his or her car is in good hands. I even received a "thank you" card in the mail. How's that for a great personal touch? Thank you guys for taking care of my son's car.
