A contractor recommended them and we hoped they could help with the woodpecker and bee problem we are having
at our new house. Henry arrived late, and we had to call him multiple times to make sure he was even coming.

We explained the situation around the outside of the house and asked if he would take a look at the attic. As
we just had the house cleaned and our son has allergies, we asked if he would remove his shoes or wear booties.
He looked at me incredulously and said "Yeah you got the wrong guy!", patted me on the shoulder condescendingly
and proceeded to leave without another word.

I have never met anyone more condescending and less professional than Henry. We use Insight presently who had
no issues wearing booties in our new house, and has been punctual as well. Henry did me a blessing by leaving.
