Superior Rehabilitation

Great experience...the therapy not the surgery! I had a total right hip replacement and required therapy after surgery. My wife had received therapy at Superior and was very satisfied with the results. As expected the knowledge and quality of care were there but what made Superior exceptional were the intangibles. When I walked in the first person I see is Jose who had been involved in previous therapy at another clinic and I knew I was in great hands. Next I had the pleasure to deal with Donna M. who made the business side seamless. I had zero problems with insurance, scheduling etc. to go along with a smiling happy attitude. My visits also included assistance and guidance from Brandon, who keeps the place lively and entertaining, and Jess and Kelsey who gave encouragement and made sure I did things correctly. I received some “dry needling” from Billy which aided my recovery. Last but certainly not least were my sessions with Donna B and Robin. The treatment plan and their expert care fit my expectations and allowed me to begin normal life including golf earlier than expected. But best of all was probably the “psychiatric care” (ha ha) I received from them. Again the “intangibles”. I was so pleased with my experience that I have joined the wellness program that is tailored to my wants and needs

When I went to my first PT session at Superior, I arrived in a wheelchair. I was in quite a bit of discomfort and had little mobility. With the exercises my therapist designed, I was able to begin using a walker. I went from dreading step up exercises to being able to walk up and down stairs. I have developed both the stamina and the balance to walk without assistance. More importantly, I no longer experience pain!

During my time at Superior, I’ve learned many exercises which I can do on my own at home. But, one of the advantages of continuing on in their Wellness program is the positive support I get, not only from the staff, but also from the other clients. Their encouragement has gone a long way toward my continuing progress. The services they offer truly are Superior.

I had completely torn my Rotator Cuff away from my shoulder. I had surgery to reattach it and had physical therapy at another facility . I was not happy with my arm, not being able to lift it as high as I wanted. I went to Superior and they were able to get my arm a little higher then it was. I have been to Superior for other problems and they have always done a '"superior" job. everyone is so friendly and know what they are doing. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

I had rotator cuff surgery in January 2015. Of course with this type of surgery rehabilitation is of utmost importance. I must admit the results I received after doing the first several weeks of PT amazed me. I think that Mike McNeal and his staff is excellent. The entire staff treated me with total professionalism. If I had questions or concerns they were addressed immediately. The facility is set up to encourage you to work well to complete your treatment plan. The equipment was always clean and working appropriate. The billing department handled payments with utmost privacy. The email reminders of your appointment was very convenient. Overall I feel that my experience at Superior Rehabilitation was excellent.

One of the best run medical practices I have ever had the pleasure of using. Robin was my physical therapist and was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Everyone at Superior was a pleasure to work with! I would refer everyone and anyone to Superior Rehab!

Two months ago I couldn't raise my arm more than mere inches; I couldn't even pick up a cup of coffee. Now my arms are better and stronger than they have EVER been. The Superior Rehab team are warm, compassionate and funny. Laughing through the pain is a way of life. I cannot say enough about them! Thank you for giving me back my arm and my life! Superior Rehab Rocks!
