After meeting with another agent with different company, we started asking around looking for someone else. We were told that putting our home on the market during the holidays was not a very good idea.



Our friend suggested we call Cecilia Ulfers from Key. We were impressed from the moment she entered our home. She came prepared with area comps and information we would need to place our home on the market.



She walked our home looked over the improvements we had and we discussed a strategy. We agreed to a price that we should post to start. She was excited and ready to market our home. We signed with her on a Monday she had photos taken on Tuesday that went live on Wednesday in about 6 days she was responsible for about 15 showings with her and other agents. Within the 6 days we had a firm offer on our home.



She was by our sides throughout the entire process. The future owners wanted to close about 15 days sooner than planned and she found a person to repair a couple of things that needed attention. Our movers moved us out of the house and out of state, she then did our closing by POA so we were not delayed for our move! She is smart, quick on her feet and more than fair.
