Jostens

Rude and incompetent people. Rehearsal day for my daughter at High school. The Jostens man would not give my daughter her cap and gown because he said we owe $30. Not to mention he was rude to my daughter. We paid that IN PERSON to a dingy women named Dorothy. She screwed it up and didn't mark it as paid.I called her up and she said she'd text him and tell him it's paid. She said if he's not at the school anymore ,to call her back. I did call back and I asked if I could pick up the items from Jostens. i asked what are your days and times. She said "we close at 5:00 today." Well, I don't get off of work until 5, so I asked her what about tomorrow. She said"We are closed, I have my son's College graduation" I said ok what about Saturday? And she said we " I'll be at the graduation" I said I thought you said the Graduation was tomorrow? she said "Yes, but it's in Tennesse" She then said "MY child is the most important child. He is more inmportant than any other child" All's I wanted to know was the times of days that they are open so that I could pick up my daughter's cap and gown that the Idiot Dorothy herself screwed up on. She further went on t o say in a belittling tone "Don't you think that your daughter is more in important than everyone else's kids?" At this point, I'm dumb-founded and angry. I said yes, but maybe if you hadn't screwed up on the ticket in the 1st place, we wouldn't be going thru this." I found her attitude VERY unprofessional . Also, the Josten man who was so rude to my daughter. If I treated my clients the way they did us, I would be fired. P.S. I rated 1 star, because it wouldn't let me put this comment on without a rating. I really give them NO stars!!!!!!
