InTown Suites

The service at the front counter was exceptional. Our first room was great. It was an upgraded room because there weren't two available together. We took that with the understanding that we would move as soon as two rooms side by side became available. It was large and comfortable with French doors and a computer desk. The wireless internet was awesome. When we moved into the two smaller rooms we had less square footage but then we didn't all have to share a bathroom and tv so the tradeoff was good. The entire hotel was dog friendly. Everone was very courteous and had their dogs do business in appropriate places and there were no barking issues. There was adequate parking, although not always as close to the room as I would have liked. We had one fire drill at about 11pm. It was fun how everyone was outside in their pajamas. The fire trucks came. The staff was diligent. They found no fire but I was so glad to know how well their warning system worked.

The rooms all had kitchens. In each freezer I found someone's left overs. The housekeeping staff was unpredictable. Sometimes they'd make beds, sometimes they wouldn't. Sometimes they'd leave towels but no toilet paper. Everything was available at the front desk if it wasn't left in the room. The front desk was always on the spot with letting us into our rooms when we locked ourselves out.

I would definitely recommend this hotel and have my parents there.
