Dishonest shyster! Basically stole $25 from. I viewed an apt. rental listed by Chris Falk's supposed property management company, and was up front about my current situation on disability and past foreclosure affecting my credit score. My wife and I were led to believe that my current income was more than sufficient to afford the asking rent price for the unit. My wife and I were told that "I'll work with you on it". Well, Mr. F@#k f@#cked-up me out of the $25 alright. The phone conversations over the course of the two days it took to process this application were all lies. All this crook did was steal $25 from a half blind cripple. No morality with this liar. Be wary if you try to do business with this snake. He'll lie to you just to get $25 out of you. No moral character whatsoever. Chris Falk is a lying cheat!
