I have lived here going on 8 years. The manager here is very prejudice tords Americans and what everyone says about this apartment complex is so true.

The apartment complex tows visitors cars so people park on another neighborhood street. I've picked up beer glass bottles, water bottles, soda, and chip bags the last three days from your residents. Stop littering! The manager won't put a trash can on the front of the property. Have some respect for the neighborhood!

The whole street has been neglected the last few years.

DON'T MOVE HERE! They do not perform maintenance at all. Raw sewage comes up through my drain in the kitchen They won't even change a light bulb. Everything is always on order. I have no hot water to wash dishes in my kitchen sink. My dishwasher is still broke from the day I moved in. Plus, management will come under the pretense of a "contractual lien' clause in your lease and take property from your unit instead of filling an eviction. I recommend that you read the fine print of your lease contract before you sign. Plus, there's an infestation of bed bugs and roaches. And, your visitor's car will get towed even if they stop by for an unexpected visit. If you have a choice go somewhere else. You have been warned!

Disgusting! Drug dealers and crime infest this place. Brought it up to the managers attention and was told nothing could be done unless we knew the apartment number of theirs... are we supposed to follow them? They are always outside. The fat cow Melissa will deliberately block your car in if you don't have a sticker just to get it towed. She even parked her stupid little golf cart right behind mine, took pictures of it and kept it there! Made me late to to my sons doctor appointment. She has the worst attitude of all and had the nerve to insult me. Can't wait til they get shut down due to all the murders. Forget a work order. A/C went out during the summer and they took a week to fix it. We got a window unit in it for the time being... THEY KICKED IT IN OUR APARTMENT! Wouldn't want my worst enemy to live here. Spent most nights up late because I heard people yelling or fighting by my window. Ants infested it like crazy as well. Also got bed bugs. If you value your life stay away.

Officers found the man's body when they arrived at the Spanish Meadow Apartments in the 2500 block of East Meadow Boulevard in Mesquite around 5 p.m. This place is not safe and the office staff and maintenance are a-holes

lived here since 2010 wish we never moved in here they don't do maintenance put a work order in for my bedroom door on August 15th 2015 now at October 28th 2015 still not fixed sewer runs on the ground all the time you can call them and let them know that it's happening they still don't come to fix it and then when they finally do they leave the human waste laying on the ground and you have to walk through it to get to your automobile or back to your apartment are you have to walk on the railroad ties Aunt on both sides of the sidewalk to keep from stepping in it and if you have a visitor you have to go get a visitors pass if you do not get a visitors pass they told your company's car and even if they park in visitors parking they still tow it if you have a data plan on your patio it's $150 fine you can't raise your venetian blinds that's another fine and do not do maintenance at all you have to put work order after work order in if you're smart you won't live here

These apartments. Are horrible I wouldn't even recommend them to a homeless person.The manager scam you charge late fees. Even if your rent is paid on time.you cannot have. Unexpected visitors because they can't get a parking pass after. Hours. The owners of the apartments. Are a bunch of investors that remodel old apartments they go under. A ficticous llc. These brokers and investors. Really. Don't. Care what. These managers do to continue. Making. Them money. I looked. Up the owners and. They. Own around 15different. Rehab properties. From here to mexico. THEY HAVE AROUND. 10DIFFERENT. LLC WHICH. IS ASSUMED NAMES UNDER. THE SAME ADDRESS. I AM GOING. TO REPORT. THEM FOR ABUSING THERE TENANTS.

I have live here for 9 months lease is almost up! But they ride around all day long. Looking for anything to write you up on! They tow for no reason even if things are current! They dont want you to open your window blinds are patio door are blind! So you can rip blinds tht blind and there be able to fine you! But if you push them back it keepd them from getting damage

I just wanted a nice place to stay! I feel caught up! They own the tow company and they charge double if yhey tow your car! Regular towing is by 120 to 150 and then it goes up daily if you haven't pick up your car. Not here 293.00 plus blind plus stalking no customer services othrt illegal fines like 150 for anything left on patio. It could be a a toy thats a fine! So if you want to move here and got alot of money this is yhe place for you, BUT IF YOUT ON A FIX INCOME OR HOUSING THEN YOU WILL BE FINE YO DEATH TO KEEP YOU IN A HOLE TO BE EVICTED, welcome home

You will be towed even if you park in the "visitors" parking lot. Apt complex must get kickback from every tow.

My car got towed due to the fact that i was behind on rent and they would not give me a pass. They illegally lock you out of your apartment. They are very rude. The water is off most of the time. They charged ne 35 dollars for a can on my balconoy abd my neighber 75 for having 3 bikes on her balcony instead of 2. They refused to spray my apartment when my son got bit by a spider.when i asked for the corporate offices numberthey refused to give it to me. Then one of the guys lied and said they were the corporate office. Which they are not. This place is like living in hell i cant wait to move!!!

Before the New management came it was a good complex... now they have all these stupid rules just so they can make money off their tenants. The parking rules are a scam. My back windshield was busted out in the parking lot here a couple months ago and since then my car has been towed 3 times, over 1,200 to get it out, I keep saving to fix my windshield and every time I have to give it to the tow people. The hot water is off at least 3-4 times a week (just last night at 9pm I still could not shower) the people in the office are rude. I stand there at least 30 minutes (just to get parking pass) before they acknowledge I'm there.....the second time my car was towed, I did not get a notice on my door untill that after noon, which was 10 hours after they towed my car..its a scam. These are only a few. By far the worst apartment complex. alot of people have been forced to move because of all the New rules.

Was a good complex. Like my apartment and neighbors. The new management are scam artist. They enforce and unrealistic parking policy that makes the tow service money,the impound lot money and the complex gets w cut. The restrictive parking policy I've. Encountered in my 30yrs of renting. When any issue is present to the management the reply is always the owner cqn to do whatever he wishes. The community is talking among and are attempting to create a comunity coalition. Many of us have lived here for years. It now appears we are being suppressed in our own homes. No security is provided nor is there a parking problem. Just w scam to make money.

These new management at the leasing office are rude and don't try to fix anything . Need new people to manage these aparments. Don't repair apartments very strict rules here for parking. Air conditioning never works
