        Oates Creek Apartments are the worst apartments I have ever stayed in. They are very outdated on the inside, that’s why the wont have one to show you. The staff is beyond rude and incompetent. These apartments are filled with drug dealers and low class people. It’s like living in the projects. The maintenance team is the worst. I had a stopped up toilet for over 2 months. My house was broken into twice and the staff could care less. YOU DO NOT WANT TO MOVE HERE!!!!

        These apartments will seem all nice, until they get your money and you are locked down for the term of your lease. As soon as you pay the 1st months rent these apartments go down hill from there. The staff is so very rude, and unprofessional.
