Cosmopolitan Maid Service

They do the cleaning for my apartment complex and came highly recommended. I used them for a move- out clean on my old place and it was outstanding. They are now cleaning my new place on a monthly basis and I was thrilled with their first visit. My home is spotless and smells so clean!! They were very detailed in their cleaning. I have already recommended them to my son's girlfriend. I am a very satisfied customer!

I have been using Cosmopolitan Cleaning services for several months now. The have always accommodated my scheduling needs. On the one occasion I did have an issue it was resolved immediately and did not happen again. Tammy, the owner is always pleasant and easy to work with. I have recommended Cosmo to both family and friends.

As a person that always cleaned my house for as long as I remember, my standards for cleaning is really high, especially if the house in question is my own house. Thank you for raising that bar for me.

Our property management company has been using Cosmopolitan Maid Service for the last year and have never had a bad experience. Their team is always quick to respond and handle any job big or small. They go over and beyond their job description to deliver exceptional customer service. We would recommend them to any person or company looking for reliable maid service!

When my previous cleaners relocated and became out of range just before Thanksgiving in 2010 was at a loss of who to use. Cosmopolitan Maid Service was recommended, and did a great job to be ready for Christmas. I was hooked thereafter. They have very flexible and have detailed pricing that can meet probably any need. For anyone concerned with balancing a budget where monthly expenses can be important, don't be deterred. Check into it. There is almost certainly a plan to fit. They have been consistently trustworthy and reliable and friendly. If you leave a note of something to be left as-is, it is undisturbed. It is always a joy to come home to see after they have finished. There are many perks worth mentioning. They send you reminder of scheduled cleaning shortly before the next day scheduled, so in the rush of things you don't lose track. I schedule to be out of way, but for those that need speed and to get back home soon, they are fast and yet miss little. Highly, highly recommend.

I have been using Cosmopolitan for several years now and they do an absolutely fabulous job for me and my business. As a business owner, I travel internationally nearly half of the year, and Tammy and her staff make it easy and seamless for me to schedule appointments for service, are always prompt and helpful with follow up calls and emails, and I simply don't understand some of the negative things that I've read here about this company or their service! I will continue to use Cosmopolitan in the coming years, for both my home and office/showroom cleaning as well as other services that they provide! It's comforting to come home to a nice clean home after business travel.

I don't normally make comments on sites like this, but felt compelled to do so after reading some of the negative things that others had to say. I simply don't have any issues or problems with them. They are honest, trustworthy, and I've yet to come home after their staff has been in my home for a monthly clean and found anything broken, out of order, or not properly cleaned. I would hope that those who refer to these sites to help them make a decision on whether or not to use this company for service would see the "satisfied customer" comments and give them a try! I've used other services in years past, and none come close to Cosmopolitan!

If I could give zero stars, I would. After using Cosmopolitan Maid Services, I had to go back in and clean two rooms that were done only half way, plus dust and clean all my baseboards (that were included in the price I paid), and then go back and vacuum the entire house because the maid s vac cleaner was inadequate. Two rooms weren t even vacuumed at all :( I called to request a partial refund, and was accused of lying, cussed at, and told I hope to never do business with you again . Deplorable customer service. Would never recommend this business.



I constantly receive feedback from this company that I am the liar and my claims are false; however looking at other reviews on dozens of sites, others agree with my claims and the service received (esp from Steve). The owner continually says they tried to work with me, but this is also not true.no discount was ever given - or asked for. The only time I requested a small refund was after the cleaning was incomplete. When I called to resolve the problem, Steve did nothing but scream and cuss over the phone (you can see this in other comments on this site). We DID NOT walk the house when the maids were done; we left before they were done, as we were advised we did not have to be there while the cleaning was done. The maids did not arrive until after 5:00pm and did not begin cleaning until 5:45pm. They were packing up their supplies at 9:00pm when we left. That's a total of 3 hours and 15 min. cleaning time. I offered pictures to Steve to prove that the bathrooms were not cleaned and that there was still dust all over the baseboards. I have pictures of the rooms that were not vacuumed. My comments ARE ABSOLTELY TRUE, and I m not sure how the owner can say I am argumentative as Steve would never let me get a word in edgewise.



It is interesting how most review seen with 5 stars for this company are when the owner or an employee posts the review.

Great Service. They arrived when expected with a friendly professional staff. Did a great job cleaning my filthy overabused home with teens! Thanks Cosmopolitain Maid Service for saving me :)

Stay away from this company. They are unprofessional and incompetent.



My grandmother hired this company to clean her apartment. She put her dog in one of the bedrooms and did not have them clean that bedroom yet they charged her for cleaning the bedroom they never entered. They charged her $20 to wipe down the outside of the refrigerator even though she wanted the inside cleaned they completely ignored the inside and on top of the refrigerator. They left dust and dirt everywhere. I called to complain and spoke with manager Steve Joe. He was the rudest most unprofessional person I have ever spoken with. He kept calling me dude and speaking down to me. He actually started making fun of me for being unemployed, when I told him I lost my job after my father was brutally murdered at random, he laughed and said he did not care about my dad then hung up on me. My grandmother then called and he badmouthed me to her then blamed it all on her saying she should have said something. She is a disabled old woman who has been through a very difficult time, she avoids confrontation and they took advantage of that.



This is a terrible company, avoid them at all costs.

I recently moved to Dallas and have been using Cosmopolitan Maid Services for several months. They do a fantastic job cleaning my apartment. They are also very flexible in scheduling and prompt with responses. I highly reccomend their service to anyone who is in need of a cleaning service.

I'd say on time, prompt, excellent service, great customer service in the office, polite, and will go the extra mile for you in any situation. This is my first review ever on YP. I am writing because this company did a HORRIBLE job and I don't that companies with this poor of customer service should be around! My roommate and I had them clean our apartment recently (aug 2011). They broke multiple items in our apartment. When confronted about it - they called us liars and had zero remorse. We were just looking for an apology! We had actually signed a year contract with them - and were looking forward to having a consistent/reliable maid service. After being spoken down to and called a liar by the owner, Tracy. We cancelled our contract. Don't use them! - Save your self the time, money, and hassle!

They have the WORST customer service. I would never recommend them to anyone. Please save yourself the money and do not bother having them come into your home.

Tammy and the whole staff at Cosmopolitan are great people, really care about my home and do a great job!
