Family Practice
Vivian was born and raised in Whittier, CA. After high school, she traveled across the country to Pennsylvania State University. She received a Bachelor’s of Science in Biobehavioral Health in 2002. She then went on to receive her Masters on Physician Assistant Sciences from St. Francis University in Loretto, PA. From there she moved to San Diego, CA in which she practiced in Women’s Health for over 7 years. After having her first daughter, she and her husband moved to Gilbert, AZ. She has worked in family practice for another 7 years in Gilbert, AZ. She brings great enthusiasm and passion to her work and provides empathetic care to all her patients. She now resides in Queen Creek, AZ with her husband and two beautiful daughters. She enjoys exercising, being outdoors, crafting, and watching her daughters dance.

Yes. All new patients to Skyline Medicine will receive an annual exam during their first visit so our providers can review all medical conditions, medications, medication interactions, medical history, allergies to medications, past medical records, family history, recent hospitalizations, lab work, immunization history, living situation, and all other relevant medical information that will ensure a thorough and accurate first visit for all of our patients. During the first visit it is critical that the information provided in the new patient paper work is as accurate as possible because medical decision-making for the first and future visits depends on it. For established patients, if you are here for a scheduled office visit and it has been more than 1 year since you’ve had an annual exam with Skyline Medicine, we will perform the annual exam during this visit.

Internal Medicine
Magna cum laude with a BA in Russian language. He earned his MD from The Chicago Medical School graduating as a member of The AOA Honor Medical Society. He completed a three year internal medicine residency at Mayo Clinic Arizona receiving the David R. Sanderson award given to the outstanding graduating resident. After graduation he completed an additional one year chief medical resident fellowship subsequently joining the Mayo staff. He practiced both outpatient and inpatient medicine and recruited and taught hundreds of residents. He served as Associate Program Director of the residency program and attained the academic rank of Assistant Professor of Medicine. After 13 years at Mayo, he entered private practice where he continues to enjoy caring for patients and teaching. Stephen is happily married with 7 wonderful children.
