I went to the jewelry and watch repair today with a Chanel J12 watch. The tall man with long hair and missing a tooth changed the battery. He stole parts from my watch and changed them out with other parts. I talked to the store manager and they wouldn't do anything because they say they aren't part of Sears and all they do is rent the space. If you have anything don't take it there. I think the man steals parts to make counterfeits look real.

A little over 3 yrs ago I bought two hearing aids from Miracle Ear, Superstition Springs Mall in Mesa, AZ. Just after the 3 yr warranty one aid died, then the 2nd. I had about 2-3 breakdowns and they were fixed under the warranty. Now that they are both dead they are offering me to repair them for half price, about $350 for the both. They will give me a year's warranty on the repairs. I paid $5000 for them. I do think they are making a fair offer, but I am disappointed that these units only lasted maybe 39 months. I have a friend who has a 20 year old analog Audibel hearing aid and it's still working. Mine were digital. They are Siemens brand. Do shop around.

I bought a steam cleaner 3 years ago and have had to have it repaired 9 times. I have requested a new one because it still does not work right but, still have not gotten one.
