Pistol Parlour

After checking reviews I stopped by several gun shops. Only this one had a great selection and had every gun I wanted to see. They were friendly, helpful, courteous, and professional. Simple paper work and I'm off to the range. Thanx for a great experience!

Went in today 02/03/2016 looking to purchase 3 glock hand guns a glock 17 gen 4, 19 gen 4, and a 21, gen 4 would have been over a 2 thousand dollar sale with ammunition and upgrades. i spoke with an older lady that has absolutely no knowledge in firearms or in customer service. i received no help till i had to ask for help to view a handgun. they have way to many pistols stuffed into tiny cases. i would have a better time purchasing a firearm thru a convicted felon than i would with this company. steer far away from pistol parlour they are out to make sure you dont buy from them. i am going to take my business to glockmeister and spend my 2 thousand there.

Good place to find shooting supplies at fair prices. Bought several guns here at decent and competitive prices. Beat Bass Pro by $20.00 on a $400.00 shot gun.

Without a doubt the "BEST" Firearms dealer in the valley! I have been a customer of the Pistol Parlor for the last 20 years and can say they have the lowest prices and best selection of used and new firearms, as well as shooting supplies in the Phoenix metropolitan area. Clyde and his excellent staff are customer centric and I have only received top self service wherever I visit and purchase from them. They are the busiest non chain gun shop in town so the Pistol Parlor can get busy, be patient. This tells me that others agree with me and continue to come back again and again because they are that GOOD!

HORRIBLE! I WENT TO THIS POLACE IN MY WORK UNIFORM AND THEY IGNORED ME FROM THE MOMENT I STEPED IN. THEN I CALL AND ASK A QUESTION ABOUT A CERTTAIN PART. SAME THING. THIS PEOPLE DONT HAVE A CONCEPT ON CUSTOMER SERVICE. EVEN THE GUY THAT SEEM TO BE THE OWNER.

Very happy with their prices ($60 lower than anyplace local I could find on an SR9C) Young gentleman / salesperson was trying to get me into a higher priced gun but no biggie. The next guy that helped me was AWESOME and listened to what I had to say (actually both were good honest guys). Ammo prices were great and so were accessory prices. I will definitely be going back.

I have lived in the valley for all my life and pistol parlour is old school. When I shop for my guns I shop were theres knowledge, experience, and honesty. This store is busy all the time and a little tight on space. But packed with well priced product that has always been reliable. I have purchased around 20 firearms and refered countless friends and family who have been loyal and done the same. Best prices on firearms anywhere. enough said.

I walked in with the intention to buy a shotgun from a local mom and pop shop to help support the little guys, but when i walked in i was given the cold shoulder. Yes I'm young and was not cleaned shave (day off) and they did not give me the time or day. If your older like the other customers who walked in right after i did and was helped right away which i felt was so rude. I left the store a bit taken away, So if your young forget this shop. I could pull the race card but that doesn't happen anymore right! at least the older generation(husband and wife behind the contour) still have issues with it. So I went to sport'smans warehouse and purchased a nice Beneilli shotgun with great service by David who knows his stuff.
