Legacy Pest Control

Horrendous customer service. I put my information on their website a month ago and never received a callback. When I called to inquire as to why, the lady on the phone explained that they were overbooked and they would call me in the order of when I put my info in. She said it would be "a little bit" of time. When I asked approximately how long that would be, she said she had no idea. Wish my review would be about the service, but they turned down a willing customer.

I just want to let you know that our serviceman is great. ﾠ Brandon has been servicing our house for many years and he does a great job. He is very polite and professional. I had an appointment with him for a black widow problem and he was on time, got the job done, and very quick.

If you are looking for a good pest control company in Mesa, AZ you should consider Legacy Pest Control. Phil came out to my home and i'm sure there isn't a single pest that made it through the experience. It was almost comical how much he did to exterminate. I'm used to someone just spraying around the front and back yard and then taking off. Phil went the extra mile and did tons more stuff, and even helped me with this nagging scorpion problem that I've had for awhile. Anyway, I liked them so much I thought I'd take the time to give a shout out to them. If you need exterminating in Mesa, Gilbert, or Chandler...you should give these guys a try, you'll love em!
